Comment commander une course avec l'App Coco ?

1. Ouvrez votre App et entrez votre destination

2. Commandez une course, un chauffeur vient vous chercher

3. Suivez l'arrivée de votre chauffeur en temps réel

4. Profitez de votre course jusqu'à votre destination

5. Payez via l'App ou en espèces

Comment faire une réservation à l'avance ?

Entrez votre destination sur l'application, cliquez sur l'icône avec le calendrier en bas à droite et choisissez la date et l'heure qui vous conviens. Une fois validé, nous allons rechercher un conducteur disponible pour votre trajet. Puis vous recevrez un email et un SMS pour vous confirmer lorsqu'un chauffeur vous est attribué.

Informations sur les prix:

- Le prix des courses est affiché une fois la destination entrée sur l'application. Il s'agit d'une estimation dépendant du kilométrage et du temps passé dans le véhicule. Pour obtenir le détail au kilomètre et à la minute, il faut cliquer sur le petit (i) à côté du prix. De 19h à 22h le prix est multiplié par x1.4, et de 22h à 06h par x1.5.

- Le prix d'une course reste le même, peu importe le nombre de passagers dans la voiture. Vous pouvez partager la course à plusieurs.

- Le prix d'une course est pour un aller simple. Pour faire un aller-retour, il faut commander deux courses.

How to order a race with the Coco App?

How to make a reservation in advance?

Enter your destination on the app, click on the icon with the calendar at the bottom right and choose the date and time that suit you. Once validated, we will search for a driver available for your trip. Then you will receive an email and an SMS to confirm you when a driver is assigned to you.

Price information:

- The price of the races is displayed once the destination entered on the application. This is an estimate depending on the mileage and the time spent in the vehicle. To obtain the detail at the kilometer and the minute, it is necessary to click on the small (i) next to the price. From 19h to 22h the price is multiplied by x1.4, and from 22h to 06h by x1.5.

- The price of a race remains the same regardless of the number of passengers in the car. You can share the race with others.

- The price of a race is for one way. To go back and forth, you have to order two races.
